Beautiful, well comfortably furnished. Excellent value for family and large group, Sleeps 12 maximum. Relax in your own private pool and garden equipped with lounge chairs and hammocks. The garden is surrounded by mature fruit & flowering trees, enclosed with fragrant jasmine, creeping ivy and bright bougainvillas, providing a safe haven for children and pets. Costa de la Luz is known for 300+ days of sunshine and you can enjoy it while you sit outside the 2 exterior covered patios.

The interior of the villa has many custom touches throughout, including intricate Moorish plaster work and custom tile work in the bathrooms and kitchen. The bathrooms are typical of Spanish homes, newly retiled, equipped with a shower, bidet, tub, and cabinet space to neatly store your basic toiletries. The living room has built-in bookshelves & wood burning fire place. The bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and all windows have screens and “Persianna” blinds that would block out all lights for your own comfort. The fully equipped new kitchen is large and efficiently designed to accommodate 2-3 cooks at the same time. The villa is newly furnished. Please no smoking inside the house. There is also ample space for street parking.

Prime location: Quiet residential neighborhood, away from the bustling tourist noise. 5 minutes from the El Puerto train station, 10km to the city of Jerez. Jerez airport access to low cost airline Ryan Air and Britannia Airways. Other airports that are located nearby are Seville (1 hour drive), which can be flown to and from many UK airports. Walk to major shopping, Casino Bahia de Cadiz, and Aqua Sherry water park.

Coast/Beach/Golf
The Blue Flag award winning La Barrosa beach is only a 30 minute drive from the villa. However there are many local magnificent beaches on the Costa de la Luz. Valdelagrana beach, Vistahermosa, Rota and Puerto Sherry are all within 10 min drive in which all beaches are lined with more bars, shops and restaurants that you can imagine. Towards Tarifa the coast is littered with more stunning beaches such as Conil and Zahara. It is also known as the wind surfing capital of the world which is only an hour drive from Casa de Amour. Many golf courses can be found in this area (20 golf courses within 50km) including a 36-hole championship course designed by Ballesteros, which has stunning sea views. Other courses in the area are Melia (Novo Sancti Petri) Campano (Chiclana) Loma De Sancti Petri (Chiclana) Montecastillo (Jerez) Royal Sherry (Jerez) Montemedio (Vejer).

Travel/Distances
Rental car is recommended if you would like to visit the many historic towns in Southern Spain. However, Casa de Amour is only 5 minutes from the train station that connects to major railways throughout Europe. El Puerto de Santa Maria train station connects to Cadiz, Sevilla, Madrid, Granada and all the way up to Barcelona.

The villa is only 10km away from the city of Jerez. Jerez is well known for its international production of sherry wine, Flamenco dancers and famous dancing horses. The city is also the home of the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art, a riding school comparable to the world-famous Spanish riding school in Vienna, Austria. The Easter week celebrations in Jerez are of "National Tourist Interest," and its remarkable Horse Fair (Feria del Caballo) in May is an event of "International Tourist Interest." Jerez is also the site of the motorsport track, Circuito Permanente de Jerez, where the annual Motorcycling Grand Prix is contested.

Other places that you should visit are the white villages of Medina Sedonia, Vejer, Arcos de la Frontera (30 minutes drive), and the historic towns of Sevilla, Ronda, Cordoba, Bolonia (1 hour away), all of which are places with such grand beauty that you should not miss. To complete your Andalucian tour, it is definitely worth your while to visit the famous Alhambra in Granada, the beautiful mountainside of the Sierra Nevada, the white sand beaches in Marbella, and Pablo Picassos birthplace in Malaga, all of which are within just 3 hours drive away from Casa de Amour.

Local activities
Casino Bahia de Cadiz is not just a casino, it offers a wide variety of entertainment, and it is the largest casino in the province of Cadiz (<2km). If you also like a more exciting water experience for the whole family, Aqua Sherry water park is also just within walking distance to Casa de Amour. The El Paseo Mall (20 min walk) offers a variety of shopping, pubs, fast-food places and internet cafe. There are also a selection of many bodegas in El Puerto: The Osborne and Terry family bodega offer tours and wine tasting event that you can enjoy in your own leisure. Casa de Amour is less than 10 minutes drive from all the old down towns tourist attractions of El Puerto. Immerse yourself in the Spanish culture and attend a few amateur and professional Bull Fights. It starts sometime in July and ends around the 1st week of Sept. El Vaporcito, the ferry which has been in operation for 80 years carrying passengers to and from Cadiz, is a leisure ride that you also shouldnt miss.

LINEN AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. FINAL LAUNDRY AND CLEANING FEE IS REQUIRED (STANDARD RATE OF 100 EURO)

PAYMENT DETAILS/ TERMS and CONDITIONS:
1) For secure payment, we prefer direct bank-to-bank wire transfer
2) Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. However, we only require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Please provide exact number of parties in order to prepare the villa accordingly. After initial booking and you wanted to add more people on the list, we can accommodate your request for an additional 200 Euros per person per week. Maximum capacity of 11 adults and 1 infant.
ANY MISREPRESENTATION OF THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE FROM YOUR GROUP WILL BE AUTOMATIC GROUNDS FOR CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION, YOUR DEPOSIT AND RENT WILL NOT BE RETURNED.
3) We prefer if you can pay in full via bank transfer. However, last minute booking is acceptable with prior arrangement.
4) With last minute booking, payments can be made by credit card only via pay pal. SORRY NO CASH TRANSACTION for rent payment at this time.
5) In addition to the 30% non-refundable RESERVATION/ BOOKING deposit, we require a REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT which vary depending on the size of the group, length of stay and maturity level of the group. PLEASE PAY DAMAGE SECURITY DEPOSIT VIA PAY PAL.

The security damage deposit is our only insurance that our guests will leave the villa in good condition, which covers small breakage, lost keys/lost of remote controls, and replacement of broken basic kitchen supplies and appliances. If the house is left dirty or there were missing items and or obvious abuse of the property was noted, the DAMAGE DEPOSIT WILL NOT be returned. In order for you to get your full deposit back, we request that the villa is left clean on the day of departure. Even when we require a final cleaning and laundry fee of 100 euro, your group is responsible in maintaining the property clean and orderly. If it takes the cleaning lady extra time to do the laundry and to clean the house, the extra time to clean the house will come out of the security deposit.

We have detailed inventory of items inside and outside the house, once we can account for everything, we will notify you by e-mail on when you can receive your deposit. DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED 10 DAYS POST DEPARTURE VIA PAY PAL.

We have an English/Spanish speaking local representative who arranges cleaning of the villa.

If you have any issues on the house please contact our property manager Ramon Morant 653 780 296. He speaks fluent English and Spanish.

In order for your security and damage deposit to be fully refundable please follow the required conditions:

a) Remove all leftover food items and beverages in the refrigerator and freezer.
b) Do not leave any dirty dishes in the sink or dishwasher.
c) Remove all laundry from the washing machine.
d) Remove trash and place in the nearest trash receptacle outside of the house.
e) Notify property manager on any issues about the house that may require attention.
f) Return all keys and remote control to property manager.
g) Return all patio furniture and pool loungers to its original proper location.
h) Return all inside furniture to its original/proper location.
i) Please ensure that you take all your belongings with you. We are not responsible for lost/stolen or items left behind. Do not remove any of our articles from the house.
j) Electricity and other utilities are for the house only. Please do not use our utilities for campers or recreation vehicles.

Our house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood and we would like our valued guests to be mindful of the noise level after hours. So please be considerate of the neighbours and maintain the noise level to a minimum after midnight. If for any reason, the police have to be called for disturbances; this may cause forfeiture of your total security deposit.

Any illegal activity being conducted inside the premises will be grounds for removal. Payments will not be refunded.

Any intentional misreporting of the actual number of guests will also be grounds for cancellation of booking. The deposit will not be refunded.
