Pretty villa with fabulous seaviews. Sans Souci has everything you could need for your holiday. With the living room having sat tv, play station 2 with games and sea views, leading out to the pool terrace with kidney shape pool and bbq. There is a double bedroom and twin bedroom on this floor (both with fans) bathroom and kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. There is an extensive library of dvd's and books. Exterior staircase leads down to the third bedroom (with air con) which is a twin with doors to the wonderful sea views, tea making facilities and bathroom. Sans Souci is on the Cumbre del Sol development which has its own shopping centre and restaurant and better still a cove for swimming which also has waterside bars.

I live in Spain all year round apart from a few weeks in winter when I travel through France to England with my cocker spaniel for my holiday. I love living in Spain and when I am not working (and sometimes in between) I love to swim in the azure sea and have a cooling drink at the beach bar. My villas are all in Javea/Moraira area and I know all villas and my owners very well so you can book with security.
