This very well appointed two bedroom two bathroom apartment is situated on a small and select gated complex. The two terraces look out over the hills and enjoy particularly spectacular sunsets. There is an outdoor swimming pool and childrens splash pool for the exclusive use of residents and guests, all nestling in very pretty and well maintained gardens and only a 15 minute walk from the nearest beach.

Our apartment has one double bedroom with en suite bathroom, air conditioning and patio doors leading out to one of the two sunny terraces, one twin bedroom with the family bathroom just across the hall, the large light and airy lounge/dining room has air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD, CD player with patio doors leading to the second terrace and side terrace. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer with a door leading to the laundry room and washing machine. Both the bathrooms have full sized baths with showers.

Car hire is recommended and there is a designated parking space within the complex near to the apartment. Sunloungers, beach mats, cool box, picnic equipment, etc are all provided for use during your stay.

The apartment is well situated for easy reach to many of the glorious beaches and coves found in this area, there are several restaurants within walking distance and also the local Consum supermarket which is situated next to the Aqua water park (great fun for all the family) Go-Carting is a mere ten minute drive away in Garrucha. Also in Garrucha is a working harbour and plenty choice of wonderful fish restaurants to tempt the palate. There are also a number of excellent golf courses in the region.

This is a second floor penthouse apartment so please note that access is by stairs only, there is no lift.
