Bright quiet peaceful apartment, located on pedestrian street, right in the centre of Barcelona, just 2 minutes from the centre of the Ramblas, and only 1 minute from Paralel metro station.

Beautifully restored, highlighting the original features of the apartment, such as stripped pine beams, windows and doors, original floortiles, vaulted ceilings, together with the charm of a modern imaginative restoration. Original artwork and furnishing.

Bright. On fourth floor. No lift.

Everything supplied: bedlinen, towels, including beach towels and beach umbrella. Guide books and maps. Mobile phone.

High speed wifi internet connection (free of charge)

Fully fitted kitchen, with four burner electric hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster, juicer, sandwich-maker, etc. etc

Owner-operated and managed. I live in the same building so great flexibility in booking, checking in and out, meeting at the apartment to hand over the keys. And I am to hand for all inquiries, tourist information and advice, etc.

AND I HAVE VACANCIES FOR THE BARCELONA MOBILE PHONE CONGRESS, the MOBILE WORLD CONGRESS, Mobile World Congress, MWC. The apartment is perfectly located between the Old City and the Feria, where the Congress is being held. The Feria is about 20 minutes walk away, and only 10 minutes by tasi. And only two stops away by metro from Parallel metro station, one minutes walk from the apartment.
