It’s located in the heart of Sitges, just one minute from the town center and its beautiful beaches, but in a quiet neighborhood that offers you the perfect place to relax after an exciting day in Sitges.
The apartment is on the first floor with lift. Once you pass the front door you turn to your left to find the spacious lounge and dinning room surrounded by a terrace overlooking the well cared for common garden and pool.
The area is comfortably decorated including a sofa and an extensible table for up to 10 people + chairs. The whole area is bathed with sunshine all day long since the apartment faces the south.
From the front door to your right you access the kitchen in the first place and the bathrooms and bedrooms through a corridor.
The fully equipped kitchen has been recently renovated combining red and silver materials and is spacious and functional. All the appliances are also brand new (fridge freezer, glass-ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher).
The apartment has also four rooms and two bathrooms. The main room, with an en-suite bathroom, has a double colonial style bed in white, two bedside tables in the same color and a design lamp each. The bathroom with bathtub has an external window and lots of light.
Room number two is equipped with two single beds and a bedside table in beech wood. The third room has a bunk bed with 90x200 mattresses.
The last room has been arranged as a study with a table and chairs. Both, the study and the bunk bed room, share a second terrace overlooking at the nice surroundings. Next to the sleeping rooms there is a second bathroom also equipped with bathtub.
