This modern detached villa truly is walking distance to all the facilities you could wish for making it exceptional value for money.
As you approach the villa from the road you have private off road parking for 2 cars on the drive. As you enter you can not fail to be impressed, recently updated to the highest standards it offers beautiful cream marble floors throughout. The lounge is large in an open plan style complete with brand new corner unit suite, a sofa which converts to an additional double bed, 42" wall mounted high definition plasma t/v, and DVD player. Finally downstairs there is a separate toilet, as you move up stairs there are 3 double bedrooms all with large fitted wardrobes, the first being made up as a large double, the second made up as a family room with a large double bed and two additional single beds.The master bedroom is made up with a large double bed and benefits from a beautiful en suite bathroom complete with two person walk in shower , twin basins and all finished off in polished marble. The main bathroom boasts a corner bath jacuzzi were you can relax and sip ice cold champagne for that ultimate holiday experiance. Outside there is a large terrace with the rest off the private garden laid to lawn. At the bottom off the garden is a gate which leads down to the communal swimming pool which itself is surrounded by tropical gardens and palms. Notes	LOCATION GOLF, LOCATION BEACH, Situated in the premier area of Calahonda, walking distance not only to the beach but a wealth of restaurants and shopping facilities. The cuisine on offer includes traditional Spanish, Italian, Thai, Chinese and Indian not to mention the numerous English restaurants. For those wishing to self cater barely a five minute walk from the apartment is the Super Sol supermarket. Calahonda is situated halfway between the ever popular Fuengirola and the luxurious Marbella you will be spoilt for choice here when it comes to amenities or attractions. Locally Calahonda continues to be ever popular with the British with English widely spoken, there is a wealth of shops, bars and restaurants all within 5 minutes of this property. If you wish to see some of the best attractions the coast has to offer to the west you can enjoy the huge aqua park, zoo and port at Fuengirola or 5 minutes further on you are in the Marina at Benalmadena with its themed restaurants, night clubs and Sea world for the children. Perhaps after a visit there you may wish to enjoy the Selwo Dolphin Center or for the more adventurous the Crocodiles at Torremolinas next to Water Park. Ten minutes drive to the East you have Marbella where you can shop until you drop in designer stores, admire the outstanding yachts in the marina or just stroll along the beach on Marbella´s famous golden mile.
