There are stunning views from the swimming pool, terrace and villa of the whole of the Bay of Roses, the Pyrenees. On the quiet hillside community of Mas Fumats yet only 3 km from the beaches and Roses Town centre.

Notes
50% of the Rental fee is payable on booking. This, plus a € 500,- security deposit must be paid to the owner at least six weeks before commencement of the rental.
I don't charge cleaning fee when it is left in suitable state..Normally € 150,- for the villa

The security deposit will be returned totally within one month of the day of departure, but only after it has been checked whether the house has been left behind tidy and in good order and the inventory has been established as complete.

Any abnormal consumption of water, electricity and gas will be charged at the invoice price of the Spanish suppliers and will be deducted from the security deposit.
