1 bedroom en-suite on the lower level of the house.
A large terrace and a wonderful garden, very private and in a quiet area. El Rosario is an urbanization with almost only villa's, which all have their private plots and entrances.
The condition of the villa is excellent and it is south facing.
Throughout the house there is Hot and Cold Air-conditioning installed.
The pool is for private use and is set away in the mature garden with nice trees and enough shade to hide away from the summer sun.
A part of the terrace is covered.
