Thinking of our environment and responsible handling of energie we want you to notice, that in case of excess use of electricity by aircondition or heating, we will charge an extra amount of 60,-€ per week.
Please be advised that transfer costs for Pay pal or bank transfers have to be paid by tenant.
* Dear guest; if you prefer, you can pay the total balance at arrival. Please be informed that we can NOT hand over the keys of the property before we have received the full payment including the security deposit.
