Description: |
A very special townhouse for golfers and non-golfers alike and well positioned, only 10 minutes stroll to the town centre with 18 hole golf course, golf shop, clubhouse, lakeside restaurants and bars and of course the stunning views.
Additional facilities will be available at the luxury Hotel (opening in summer/autumn 2008), situated in the town centre, including a spa.
A 10 minute walk will also take you to the well stocked supermarket. Tennis courts are nearby too.
The front of the house overlooks a children’s playground and other playgrounds are dotted throughout the resort. The resort also has 12 communal pools, with the nearest one being only 50 yards away from our front door.
Sleeping accommodation consists of two bedrooms both beautifully furnished. The master bedroom on the first floor comes with its own en-suite and from the patio doors lead out to the secluded large roof terrace which has lovely views of the almond grove and mountains. The ground floor bedroom is equipped with two single beds.
There are two terraces and both are suitable for outside Al Fresco dining or sunbathing. We have provided a good selection of quality exterior dining furniture and sun loungers for guest use.

Special notes
Fresh bed linen and towels, including pool towels, are included in the rental price. Theres also 2 sets of golf clubs (Nike and Callaway) which you may use.
All rentals are subject to a cleaning charge of €70, payable upon arrival.
£150 deposit is payable at the time of the booking and balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to commencement of rental period. This deposit is non-refundable, should you decide to cancel your booking within 4 weeks of rental period. Full rental charge payable for bookings made within 4 weeks of rental period. |
