There is a covered pool [use all year round] also a brick barbeque area and various areas for sitting in or out of the sun. The entrance in, is flat with only a few steps at back with side access both sides of the house.
Within 5mins walking distance there is a very good supermarket and chemist selling fresh bread and meat and newspapers daily. Nearby is the town of Pals for other amenities.
The area is close to several medieval towns to view and eat at with many restaurants nearby to eat.
There are many sporting activities available to do in the area, also interesting places to visit.
