It has very few divisions and is very bright and quiet. It is a social phenomena that translates itself in high standard and vanguardism. The apartment is functional but without forgetting the comfort. We have let aside some RULES, and this is what defines vanguardism: our own rule was not to respect any rule. The apartment is located very near to the train station (Renfe), well communicated, only 10 mon walking to the walking district of the centre, and because of this, touristic and commercial interesting area. The building gas elevators and has 3 rooms (loft inspired) which makes it possible to sleep 7 people, with 2 double beds, a double sofa bed and another individual sofa bed in the lounge. The bathroom ha a bath tub with hidro-masage and another shower room with a column of hidro-masage.
