This 2 bedroom (with one en-suite) 2 bathroom property has recently been furnished to a high standard and has a very modern feel to it.
When entering the property you find the large dining and lounge areas which have a terrace off of them with views of the pools and golf course. A spiral staircase then leads to the solarium.
The apartment has an American style kitchen and large breakfast bar and also a seperate utility room with washing machine.
The two bedrooms are also furnished to a high standard and have large built in wardrobes.
This is a an ideal location for golfers as the 18 hole, 5696 meter long par 71 course is kept in excellent condition all year round. It can be a challenging course that utilises the desert landscape beautifully.
The Valle del Este resort has its own commercial centre that has a choice of bars and restaurants as well as a supermarket, hairderssers and a few other shops. There is also a 4 star hotel and spa.
The towns and beaches of Mojácar and Garrucha are just a 10 to 15 minute drive away and Vera is even closer.
With easy access to the A7/E15 motorway it makes the journey from either Almería or Murcia airports quick and easy.
