Villa Jeni is located in the prestigious ‘La Capellania’ urbanisation just to the west of Benalmadena Pueblo. There is a new shopping centre by the entrance to the urbanisation and this features a Carrefour supermarket, a bank, newsagents/ booksellers, tapas bar, dry cleaners, internet café, excellent Indian restaurant and stylish Spanish bar/ restaurant. Fuengirola is only a few minutes drive as are Mijas and the aqua parks. Malaga, with its beautiful cathedral and Picasso museum is less than half an hour and the local train service is excellent. All in all a luxury home from home.
Lawned areas and gardens feature automatic watering to keep them green all year round. The 8 metre pool has walk-in steps at the shallow end and there is plenty of terracing for soaking up the sun. There is a private drive with remote-controlled, sliding gate.
The south-facing terrace has breathtaking views across the Mediterranean and at certain times you can see the Atlas Mountains in North Africa! Sun-loungers are provided on the terrace for your comfort and relaxation as well as a barbecue dining table & chairs. So, picture yourself on a warm summers evening enjoying a glass of well chilled white Rioja while the food sizzles on the barbecue and the scent of cooking prepares everybody for an enjoyable family meal.

Notes
House will be cleaned to highest standard prior to your arrival. Occupation is from 14.00 on day of arrival. Deposit is 100 euros for first week and 50 euros for each subsequent week payment can be in any currency and can be paid by cheque, bank transfer or Western Union transfer. Receipts will be sent at each stage. Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
