Description: |
Our beautiful airconditioned luxury 3 bedroomed ground floor apartment in the Oliva Nova Golf Resort***** is located between Denia and Oliva, 90km from Valencia and 96km from Alicante. Surrounded by an unspoilt natural landscape of sea, beach and mountains. Right on your doorstep are miles of fine sand beach and the 18-hole Oliva Nova Golf course, especially designed and constructed by Severiano Ballesteros-both are in walking distance.
The accommodation comprises three bedrooms, one king sized bed with ensuite shower room, one twin which can be made into a 6ft wide double and a further brightly furnished twin bedded room - these two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath/shower. There are lounge and dining areas with American style fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. Outside there is a private patio overlooking the gardens, here you will find a large dining table and chairs plus sunbeds - great for relaxed meals and catching the sun! Within a short stroll of you apartment door is a lovely shared private pool with seperate childrens pool, which is rarely busy even in high season.
The Apartment has been furnished to a luxurious standard and is immaculately maintainedand includes many thoughtful extras. Air conditioning, TV with video and DVD Players, Midi CD HiFi, to name a few (please see full list below).
You will find a wide range of facilities on offer to make your stay even more enjoyable, such as restaurants, hairdressers, laundry facilities, shops, bank and supermarkets. If you are fond of sports, apart from the golf course within the resort, aquatic sports (swimming, windsurf, fly-surf), tennis and paddle tennis are available and there are karting, riding stables and the magnificent "marjal" nearby.
The Oliva Nova Golf Club House is a friendly place for a bite to eat or a refreshing drink during the day or early evening. And, if you would just like to relax and escape from the stress of everyday life, you could visit the great Spa in the Oliva Nova Beach and Golf Hotel, to enjoy the indoor heated pool with whirlpool facilites, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, gym and numerous delightful anti-stress and beauty treatments (over 16s only).
The delights of Denia are only a 10-15 min drive away, you will drive through the area of Las Marines where there are many bars, restaurants and nightclubs plus the usual takeaways and supermarkets etc. Denia town and port has much to offer with excellent restaurants, shops and bars, an historical castle and much more. There are also boat trips and if you are feeling really adventurous a ferry that takes you to the Balearic Islands. A short drive over "Montgo" will take you further along the coast to Javea with its delightful port, town and beach areas.
For a more "touristy" day out Benidorm has many fun attractions (especially for children or those young at heart if not in body!). Aqualandia -waterpark, Mundomar -dolphins etc. and Terra Mitica - new Paramount theme park being some of the most popular. To reach Benidorm just pop onto the A7 motorway and drive approx 45mins south. Heading north on the same motorway takes you to Valencia and all its attractions including its new exhibition centers and Marine center - especially commissioned for the year 2000.
Our apartment at the Oliva Nova Beach and Golf Resort is an oasis away from all kind of stress. There is an ideal combination of a fantastic climate, beach location and unlimited offer of sports, leisure and recreational activities combined with luxurious airconditioned accommodation.
Please enquire about our mid and low season offers. Changeover days are negotiable depending on existing reservations, midweek accepted.
