Description: |
There are bars, restaurants and a supermarket all within a 5 min walk of the apartment.
It is approx a 10 min walk or 3 mins drive to "the strip" where there are plenty more bars, restaurants and shops, together with the beautiful beaches at Cabo Roig, Campoamor and La Zenia.
There are golf courses at Campoamor, Villamartin and Las Ramblas all within a 5 minute drive.
Behind the apartment is a gated area housing the communal pool which is set amongst a delightful garden area.
The apartment itself boasts a lovely large roof solarium which has a barbecue, sunbeds,table and chairs and the sun all day. There is also a small terrace at the front of the apartment so you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening sun!
The lounge has a large sofa bed and chaise together with TV, DVD and Sky package. There is a docking station for use with Ipod or MP3 and a small table and four chairs for your use.
The kitchen has a washing machine, built in oven and hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.
The two bedrooms have built in wardrobes, bedside tables, safe and a hairdryer is provided.
The bathroom is equipped with shower, bath, bidet and sink over a vanity unit with plenty of storage.
There are air conditioning/heating units in the lounge and bedroom.
The apartment includes cutlery, crockery, glasses, cafetiere, bedding, towels (including beach) and hairdryer. There are also two pushbikes for your use.

Special notes
50% of the rental charge required upon booking and the balance to be paid 4 weeks before your stay. A deposit of £100 is required but will be fully refundable (subject to no damage) within 7 days of your return home. Please add 60 euros for cleaning and turnaround which will be payable on arrival. Airport pickups and meet and greet service can be arranged. There are also apartments either side available for rental for large parties. |
