Brand new luxury apartment with big rooftop terrace and swimming pool.
Within walking distance you’ll find two beautiful sandy beaches – 250 meters to the closest – and the town centre with lots of cafées, pubs, restaurants, shops, playgrounds, minigolf, etc.
The apartment contains:
2 Large bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds. 1 double sleeping couch in the living room + 2 extra mattresses and a baby bed.
The living room and both bedrooms has air condition.
The kitchen has a cooking area with ceramic plates and oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven with grill, toaster, coffee machine, and washing machine and kitchen utensils for all needs.
There are two bathrooms, both with toilet and shower – one also with tub.
In the living room there is a dining table with 6 chairs, sofa, chair and sofa table. There is a tv, dvd and stereo.
The downstairs terrace has access from the living room through double doors and has a table and chairs for six.
The rooftop terrace has a table and chairs for 6, 2 sunbeds and 2 sunchairs, an outdoor shower and a gas barbecue
The complex has its own pool area with a large pool, childrens pool, showers, and 2 six person Jacuzzis.
