The apartment is about 20 minutes from Malaga airport and is very close to the beautiful village of Mijas, famous for its donkey taxis, narrow streets and picturesque white cottages. There are many bars, shops and restaurants that are typically Spanish.
Fuengirola is one of the Costa del Sol’s beach resorts with bars, restaurants and a colorful nightlife. Marbella to the east is only 20 minutes drive and Malaga to the west a similar distance by car.
This elevated sunny one bedroom apartment is situated in the Lew Hoad Tennis village. The facilities of the club are open to non members with both pay and play tennis and paddle courts. There is a bar, restaurant and tennis boutique only two minutes walk from the apartment. Other restaurants are within walking distance across the road.
The apartment has one bedroom with twin beds with access to a large balcony with mountain views. The living / dining room also opens onto the balcony for alfresco living. The kitchen area has electric hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. The fully tiled bathroom has WC, wash basin and bath with shower. The apartment does not have air conditioning but there is a large fan in the bedroom.
The apartment is entered through a patio that is used by the two adjoining apartments, but it gives guests alternative place to sit.
Parking is within the Lew Hoad closed community. There is a large, well maintained swimming pool with sun beds that can be enjoyed by all.

This property is a great base for exploring the Costa Del Sol, there is easy access to the motorway net work which takes you to Granada, Sevilla and Cordaba. If you wish to travel to the East of Malaga, Nerja is just an hour away. Gibralta with is duty free shopping and seige tunnels is an hour away in the other direction.
