2 bedroom apartment well located near all amenities in the famous Wedding Cake (Cielomar) new pool and parking.

Beautiful spacious airy apartment on FIRST FLOOR, WE NOW HAVE A BEAUTIFUL TOTALLY RENOVATED SWIMMING POOL on the same floor as the apt, so access is very convenient.

Large balcony which runs the length of the apt. with table and chairs, plenty room for sunbeds etc, and dining out, south facing so nice and sunny in the winter when the sun is lower in the sky, which also heats the apt, but cooler in the summer, ( patio doors from lounge and bedroom give onto the balcony).

Two amply sized seperate bedrooms with twin beds in each, bedside table, alarm clock/radio, large fitted wardrobes in each, hairdryer.

NEW open plan kitchen with ample units,fridge/freezer, ceramic hob 4 rings, kettle, toaster, microwave coffee perc. etc., ample pots pans, plates, cups, glasses etc.,

Large lounge with sofa/ put you up, dining table and 6 chairs, T.V. with all the Free to view channels, D.V.D. player.

Ample sized recently renovated bathroom with English electric shower and washing machine, shaver point.

As the apt runs from the back of the block to the front a lovely breeze can be created by opening the patio doors and the main door, which is lovely and cooling the summer.

As an added secrtity precaution I have fitted the windows at the rear of the apt. and the main door with security grills and a gate for the main door, the access entrance to the apt also has a security gate, so only residents may pass (4 in all).

The apt is within very easy access for all amenities, shops, restaurants, bars golf course, beach, marina, night clubs, parks, markets and train station and on the local bus route - in fact everything you could want and more!!!

Situated near the apt. are a couple of small bars where you can relax and have a drink or a tapa without having to walk far.

The beach is only a few minutes walk downhill, although it will take you a little longer to come back up again, but there are plenty of watering holes on the way so you can take your time.

The train station and the village Arroyo de la Miel is within walking distance of the apt, a bustling Spanish small town with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars,it is only a 5/10ninute walk from the apt. There is now a new ice skating rink and and the beautiful Parque Paloma, where there is a Dolfinarium and a Penguin House, and a lovely Cactus Garden. The apt.,is near to the very popular Bonanza Square, which in the evenings is busling, with plenty of restaurants, bars etc. everything you could want, and safe for children.

Tivoli world also in Arroyo is a theme park with plenty of rides for all ages and special shows for younger children, in the summer months.

Market on Wednesday,(car boot)in Paloma Park
Friday Market in Paloma Park and in Arroyo de la Miel,Tivoli Car Park, near train station.
