El Molino del Conde is a beautiful large white Andalucian mill house set in large secluded grounds with pomegranate, walnut, almond and fig trees, bordered by a stream and surrounded by hills and olive groves.
Rent El Molino del Conde as a large country villa where all generations can enjoy family holidays, family reunions or birthday clebrations in the sun. (We can sleep 12, 16, 20+) El Molino del Conde also provides a peaceful and inspiring venue for courses - which have recently included Creative Writing, Watercolour Painting and Pilates.
El Molino del Conde has 9/10 comfortable bedrooms, 7 bath/shower rooms - many with fantastic views over the land - a large beamed living room with wood stove and 2 kitchens.
The big "Old Bakery" Kitchen has been converted from the original mill bakery and features the original large bread oven.
The Old Bakery makes a great place for for large groups to cook and eat together as it has a "restaurant grade" cooker, big fridge double and single sinks, dishwasher and very large table. There is a door from the Old Bakery onto a sunny breakfast terrace (which overlooks the duck pen!). There is a further fully equipped family kitchen.
For smaller groups, El Molino Viejo at El Molino del Conde can also be rented separately to sleep 4, 6, 8 people. Please see property id 538 </b for more information.
Outside, youll find fresh eggs from the chickens, fresh herbs from the kitchen garden, pomegranate, fig, almond and walnut trees, sun terraces, private swimming pool, large shaded dining areas, secluded picnic spots next to the stream, a vine-covered courtyard and large grounds.
New for 2011 is a multi-sports court in the gardens - a 3/4 size tennis court also suitable for badminton and volleyball.

Under 5s Welcome! We offer a 10% discount to families with children under the age of 5 (outside peak times). Cots, toys, books, high chairs and babysitting all readily available .... let us know what else you need!
Children spend their days, playing on the swing by the stream, walking down the track to visit the local farm animals and splashing about in the swimming pool. They also love helping to look after our chickens, ducks and rabbits.
Days trips include visits to the seaside, various local castles and seemingly endless local festivals! Children are also made very welcome at the local restaurants and bars.
