The villa is perfect for family reunions, golf holidays, birthday parties, weddings or corporate events. It is situated in a quiet residencial area only 3 min away from Fuengirola centre with a private swimming pool, large terraces and a garden. The villa has just been renovated and repainted inside and outside.

The villa is on 2 levels and comprises on the upper floor of 5 bedrooms, one of which with ensuite WC and bath, a gallery which sleeps 4, 2 further bathrooms, a large lounge with an attached conservatory, a dining room and fully fitted kitchen.

Outside, on the same level, is a partly covered terrace with dining table and sun lounges next to the swimming pool and another large sunny terrace, also partly covered, with 3 BBQs and dining tables. Both terraces are secluded. The parking is just outside the kitchen door.

On the lower level are 3 further bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of wich with a jacuzzi, a very large living room, a dining room and fully fitted kitchen. Private, partly covered terrace, garden and access to the pool.

A weekend during low season costs Eur 1000.

Fuengirola is 20 min from Malaga airport and 20 min from Marbella.

Lovely Villa

The villa was a lovely place and reccomend to anyone interested. Though there were few minor flaws like there not being a starter pack such as coffee for when you arrive, we were fortunate because we asked before getting there, so that means you have to stop and do the shopping before you get there or take it with you. One of the 2 toasters and kettles were not working but otherwise well equipped kitchen. Both terraces were great and thats were we spend most of the time, but again the noise had to be kept down after 23:00hrs which with 20+people on holiday made it a bit awkward but we had a great time anyways.

Staying in Villa El Palacio

We were a group of 14 pupils and three adults. The villa was very suitable for our needs: a lot of place, good kitchen equipments, quite clean, a pool and quiet situation outside the city. The owner was very polite. We recommend the place for big groups.
