Miraflores resort is situated between the towns of Marbella and Fuengirola. It offers a wide range of nearby facilities including tennis, many swimming pools, bowling green, restaurants, bars, shops, reception,18 hole golf course and beach. There is also a regular bus service between Fuengirola and Marbella. A car is recommended to enjoy the area.

DESCRIPTION
The apartment makes a wonderful base to chill out, or explore the delights of this region. It is ideally located 30 minutes from Malaga airport, 20 minutes from Marbella and within easy reach of Porto Banus, Cabapino, La Cala, Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Mijas, Rhonda and Gibraltar.

There are shops, bars and restaurants all within a short walking distance of the apartment. Miralfores on-site facilities include tennis, bowling green, golf, internet access, restaurants and bars. The club house restaurant also offers a weekly entertainment programme. Bookings for day trips and car hire can be arranged via the resort reception.

The apartment is on the first floor with beautiful sea views from the lounge, terrace and main bedroom and is fully air conditioned. It is a wonderful peaceful location, with 2 swimming pools including a childrens paddle pool, sun loungers and a snack bar, set in pretty gardens for residents use only. You can be assured of a truly relaxing holiday with all the amenities to hand in this wonderful resort. There are on site parking facilities and a beach only a 5 minute drive away. The apartment has had been extensively updated to a very high standard. Improvements undertaken include: new tiled floors throughout, glass curtains to terrace, triple track patio doors, refurbished kitchen & new bathroom.

The open plan lounge /diner has a large corner suite, flat screen satellite TV (including BBC1, ITV1 and a selection of Sky channels), DVD player, radio/CD player, with triple track patio doors to the sunny south facing terrace.

The terrace has a table and four chairs for outside dining. It also has the added advantage of glass curtains. The glass panels can be opened or closed as you wish, so you can enjoy the use of the terrace all year round.

The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob and oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster.

There is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and the second bedroom has twin beds with fitted wardrobes.

The bathroom has a bath and shower.

There is also a hair dryer, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Rental prices are per week for the apartment.
A 25% non refundable deposit is required on booking. The balance is then payable 8 weeks before arrival. Payment can be made in sterling or euros.

A refundable security deposit of £120.00 or 150.00euros is payable on arrival, this will be returned once the apartment has been checked on your departure.
