Description: |
This ground floor apartment has one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
The kitchen is modern with granite work-tops and is fully equipped.
The open plan sitting room and dining area lead to a lovely small terrace, which is an excellent place to eat and relax looking onto the garden and the swimming pool.
The apartment has a marble floor through out and there is ample storage space. Is is air-conditioned.
The gated complex is well landscapes with an attractive pool area that includes water feature and there are sun-loungers provided too.
San Pedro has a fantastic beach and promenade lined with palm trees. The beach at the gate of the complex is perfect, both for those who enjoy jet skiing or kite surfing as well as for those who want to relax eating and drinking looking out to sea.
The buzzy town of San Pedro has numerous shops, bars and restaurants but the party town of Puerto Bañus is just 4 km away and Marbella, witch is a gorgeous place to shop and simply wonder around is just at 10 km.
There are many other wonderful and historical places that are easy to visit from here as well as many golf courses nearby too.
Bath towels and bedding are provided and Welcome Pack on arrival.
We arrange a mid-holiday laundry change and cleaning for holidays of a minimum of 14 days at 10€ per hour.
