Description: |
Cal Templer is a 5-storey house, built in 1797, located in a small village in the heart of Tarragona’s wine-making region. Guests have full use of the first-floor apartment and access to a ground-floor “bar”, complete with top-quality pool table and darts board and, with prior arrangement, to a fifth-floor terrace overlooking the entire countryside.
We can arrange visits to local wine cellars for you.
We are just 8 km from the medieval town of Montblanc and within easy reach of the itinerary known as the Ruta del Cister, linking up the three monasteries of Poblet, Santes Creus and Vallbona de les Monges. Barcelona is an hour by car, and Tarragona, Reus, and Costa Dorada beaches just 40 minutes. Also within easy reach by car is Port Aventura. The village of Barberŕ de la Conca is perched on a hill and overlooked by a Templar’s castle, which has been recently renovated. It has a bank, a chemist’s, 2 shops, a bar/café, and a public swimming pool, also with a bar/restaurant.
We are just 7 km from the AP7 Montblanc motorway exit, half an hour from Reus airport, and an hour from Barcelona airport.
