There are two bedrooms,one twin and one master with en suite facilities and a folding bed which fits easily into the bedroom or lounge area. Both bathrooms have showers and the en suite has a bath too.The kitchen is modern and equipped with every appliance you may need and the lounge/diner is spacious and comfortable with sliding doors leading out onto the large triple terrace which has a table and seating for six with views of the children s play area and towards one of the pools.

The area can be reached from Almeria,Murcia or Alicante airports. All furniture and appliances in the apartment are new as this is the first year of rental. All facilities on the urbanisation are free to guests.Nearby golf courses include Desert Springs,Valle Del Este and Marina Golf . Our key holder lives on site and will be happy to show you around the apartment and explain the operation of any appliance. He also runs various activities in the area like quad biking , diving etc and will be happy to arrange any activity you like.
I also can arrange the rental of at least two other appartments which are virtually next door. |
