The Accommodation
Positioned on a quiet corner this end of terrace ground floor apartment is beautifully furnished with good sized bedrooms both with built in wardrobes, one with an en-suite bathroom. In addition there is a spacious family bathroom equipped with bath, shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin. The property is now fully air conditioned.

There is a lovely terrace at the front of the property with ample space for outdoor dining, this has been recently fully tiled to provide more space. The garden and terrace benefit from a sunny aspect enjoying sun right through to the evening and provide a distant sea view. At the back of the property is a partially covered utility/courtyard equipped with a washing machine and providing ample space for the drying of clothes.

Situated no more than 50m away from the front gate is the large communal garden area and two large swimming pools provided free and exclusively for the use of guests of the community block in which the apartment is situated.

The Location
A 10 minute walk from the apartment brings you to the main N332 coast road, a shopping centre, numerous other shops and supermarkets and a wide choice of restaurants, the Italian, Pucciniïs, is particularly well recommended. The nearest beach at Punta Prima is a further 5 minutes walk and there are numerous lovely beaches within a short drive including Playa Flamenca, Zenia and Cabo Roig.

Torrevieja is the nearest town, 10 minutes away by car, a lively seaside resort with miles of sea front promenade including a large harbour/marina, small and large beaches , rock pools, shops, pubs restaurants and street markets. Torrevieja also boasts a large water park situated just off the N332, 10 minutes from the apartment.

The N332 and nearby AP7 motorway provide easy access to numerous exciting and picturesque places to visit including Alicante, Elx, Murcia, Cartegena and Calblanque, all within one hours drive.

There are 2 large spas which are reasonably close by and good value for money. One is about 20 mins down the coast and the other about an hour's drive into the hills and comes highly recommended by one of our guests. We can provide links to their web sites.

Golfers are very well catered for with great courses such as Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor within 20 minutes drive and and loads more in well under an hour. Even the great La Manga Golf Club is only 1 hour away. (COSTABLANCAGOLF to find details of courses.)

Notes
Payment for the rental should be made direct to the owners before departure, a deposit of 100 Euro is requested to secure the booking. Payment may be made in in Euros or Sterling.

The keyholder will meet you on arrival. A key/damage deposit of 125 Euros is payable locally. A cleaning fee of 45 Euros will be deducted from the deposit at the end of your stay and subject to inspection the balance will be returned to you before you leave. A welcome pack is available for an additional 15 Euros.
An airport pick-up service can also be provided at an additional cost of 50 Euros each way from Alicante and 45 Euros each way from Murcia.

Electricity is metered and we supply approx. 10€ worth of cards for the meter for each week of rental, this has proved sufficient for most guests, however, more cards can be purchased from our keyholder if required. All water charges are included.

Discounts are negotiable for lettings of a month or more.
