Only a 30 minute drive to Alicante or Murcia airports, reached by either a major motorway or coastal road. This large 3 bed, 3 bath villa has a private gate onto the shared pool. The ground floor level comprises of master bedroom with mirrored wardrobes and en-suite bathroom, and a fully fitted separate kitchen with a selection of wines and spirits for your enjoyment, all we ask is that you replenish what you have used. There is also a spacious lounge/diner and further shower room. Upstairs are a further 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and mirrored wardrobes, and the second with single bed, bunk beds with another single under and mirrored wardrobes, a shower room and patio doors leading from the landing onto the spacious solarium. The property is fully air conditioned throughout keeping you cool during the summer months and warm for the cooler evenings. No smoking please inside the villa. A cot and highchair are also available at the villa for your convenience, and should you require any further items for our smaller house guests this can be arranged via us or directly by checking out all4kidshire.com. Car hire is recommended to fully appreciate the wonderful beaches and surrounding Spanish villages. There are a number of restaurants to choose from on El Raso, including Stan & Ollies serving excellent international cuisine, an Indian restaurant, an Argentinian Steak House, plus Tapas bar, Irish pub and several café bars. There is also a small local shop providing fresh bread and milk and some of your favourite English products. The local beach at Guardamar is a 5 minute drive away, with a beautiful 11km stretch of golden sand with pine forests and sand dunes skirting the edge, which truly deserves its blue flag status. Guardamar itself is a typical Spanish coastal village with a large selection of local shops and supermarkets, a traditional street market on a Wednesday, many restaurants serving a wide selection of cuisine and during the summer months a night craft market. Well worth a visit!! Alternatively take a 10 minute drive inland to the neighbouring town of Cuidad Quesada with a further good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Quesada also boasts an Aqua park which is open in the summer months and an 18 hole golf course with putting green and driving range. Golfers can enjoy a game of golf for around 50 euros. Within a 25km radius of El Raso there are an abundance of other golf courses, including the championship La Finca course, Villamartin, Real Club de Golf Campoamor and Las Ramblas.
