The broad balcony to the south-east covers the whole width of the flat and offers a stunning sea-view. The whole-wall living-room windows can be opended to the balcony to create one big open room. The balcony has enough space for outside dining.
Both bathrooms have a toilet and a tub/shower.
The kitchen is a separate room.
The flat is just distant enough from the pubs and shops to be peaceful and calm, still everything is on your doorstep.
Superb sandy beaches, marina and habour, shops, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, farmer's market, kiosk with English and German newspapers, pharmacies, German and British physician and dentist, health shop with products for allergic persons and all other facilities are in absolutely short walking distance.
Airports: Murcia airport 55 km, Alicante airport 120 km, bus shuttle. A pick up service can be arranged by us.
Parking: In the street behind the building (calle Progreso). A stair leads from there to the esplanade. It is about 50 meters to walk. For unloading you can park at the doorstep.
Elder people: strongly recommended.
Families: Suitable for families.
Pets: are welcome.
Sunterrace: Roof above the apartment with spectacular views, which is wonderful for undisturbed sunbathing in winter.
Overwintering: Perfect for a winter stay with temperatures from 12- 25C. The area is very sunny and dry in winter. Electrical heaters are in the rooms. You will enjoy the sunrise on the open sea from your breakfast table!
Watersports: All watersport facilities like diving schools, boat excursions, fishing, water-skiing in short walking distance.
Hiking: Beautiful hiking and biking areas around Mazarron.
Easter: Famous processions in Cartagena and Murcia and processions in every small village. After easter starts the spring festival Feria in Murcia.
Culture: Murcia and Cartagena offer museums and concerts. La Santa is a monastery half an hour drive. Granada is 250 km away. Unique places in the country like Lorca and Aledo are worth a visit.
Bus: It is easy to go by bus to the major cities and for excursions around the area starting from a nearby bus station.
The Keys: Alberto, our caretaker will welcome you and is taking care of you during your stay.
Taxi service: David, a reliable British taxi driver offers to pick you up at the airport.
