No more walking to the beach, you ARE on the beach! The spacious flat is located directly at the main beach; in the pedestrian zone of Puerto de Mazarron, at a calm part of the palm-fringed esplanade, on the 4th floor of a 4-floor building. Elevator.

The broad balcony to the south-east covers the whole width of the flat and offers a stunning sea-view. The whole-wall living-room windows can be opended to the balcony to create one big open room. The balcony has enough space for outside dining.
Both bathrooms have a toilet and a tub/shower. The kitchen is a separate commodious room. Your fridge and water heater will be turned on before you arrive.
The flat is just distant enough from the pubs and shops to be peaceful and calm, still everything is on your doorstep. Superb sandy beaches, marina and habour, shops, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, farmerīs market, kiosk with English and German newspapers, pharmacies, German and British physician and dentist, health shop with products for allergic persons, bikes for rent, and all other facilities are in absolutely short walking distance.
Airports: Murcia airport 55 km, Alicante airport 120 km, bus shuttle. A pick up service can be arranged by us. Parking: In the street behind the building. A stair leads from there to the esplanade. It is about 50 meters to walk. For unloading you can park at the doorstep. Elder people: strongly recommended Families: Suitable for families. Pets: are welcome. Sunterrace: Roof above the apartment with spectacular views, which is wonderful for sunbathing in winter. Overwintering: Perfect for overwintering with temperatures from 12- 25C. The area is very sunny and dry in winter. Electrical heaters are in the rooms. Enjoy the sunrise on the open sea from your breakfast table! Please ask us for a special price for long-term overwintering. Watersports: All kinds of watersport facilities like diving schools, boat excursions, fishing, water-skiing in short walking distance. Hiking: Beautiful hiking and biking areas around Mazarron. Easter: Famous processions in Cartagena and Murcia and processions in every small village. Spring festival "Feria" in Murcia. Culture: Murcia and Cartagena offer museums and concerts. La Santa is a monastery half an hour drive. Granada is 250 km away. Unique places in the country like Lorca and Aledo are worth a visit. Bus: You can easily go by bus to the major cities and for excursions around the area starting from a nearby bus station. Wheelchair: As the flat is spacious and has an elevator, I would consider it suitable for wheelchairs. The beach in front of the house has a wheelchair-ramp. However there are five steps at the entrance of the building. Please call us for further information.
