Sittingroom with large 37” TV and radio, unique spacious terrace (43 sqm.) with fine sea view and sun almost all day, sun chairs and quality garden furniture, close to a large pool and a beautiful garden, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite) – both with bath tubs/one with shower as well, very spacious built in wardrobes in both bedrooms. Well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, aircondition/fans in the living room and fans in bedrooms.
Easy for people with difficulties in walking, quiet surroundings and next to the famous Torrequebrada Golf. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping facilities.
The rent includes all bedclothes, towels and beachtowels.
In Benalmadena you have all the opportunities for a good holiday: really fine beaches, a lot of good restaurantes and cafés, good facilities for leisure: you may visit the famous Paloma Park,go to the Tivoli, take a stroll in the vivid Arroya or you may go to Fuengirola and visit the zoo. Or - if you prefer - visit the Aquarium.
Sporting activities - you can do almost anything.
Do you want to see another continent?? Just get into your car - you will be in Africa in a few hours and you will have the opportunity of experiencing quite another world.
Or go to Granda, to Sevilla or Cordabo offering you a view in history, architecture and culture.
Everything is there - just choose what you prefer.
