Villa "SHIRLEY LOUISE" is a comfortable spanish villa located on a small spanish estate of 12 villas. The house contains 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with all facilities, a living-room, a covered front terrace. The centre of the village has a lot to offer, including nice restaurants, shops and bars and a station of the high speed Madrid-Malaga railway line.
Nearby (2km) you can find the saltwaterlake Laguna Tiscal and the beach at Iznajar is only 60 km away. Malaga(90 km) Sevilla (110 km) Cordoba (70 km) Antequera (40 km) and Granada (120 km) are also within reache.
The house is located on a plot of 3.000 square metres and is attached to the house of the owner, but you will stay in your own comfortable villa. At the front of the house you will find your own private (shaded) terrace (10x2.50 metres) and a nice garden with palm trees. The house has all facilities including air conditioning and heaters in all the rooms. In addition, all the windows are fitted with wire gauze and the villa has its own waterstorage of 2.000 liters so youll be assured of water!!!
In the backgarden you will find a big sunterrace with a sunshade, and the private swimming pool (8x4 mtr.). There is also a community pool (20x10 mtr.) where you can meet the Spanish neighbours.
Upon arrival, you will find at the bar a "Typical Andalucian Welcome Packet", consisting of: 1 botle of tinto de verano, 1 botle of local olive oil, local snacks, a map of the area with information about interesting things to do and see, and important addresses and telephone numbers (police, ambulance, nearest hospital, etc)
Youll also be provided with a gratis "basic shopping basket": 2ltrs of water, 1 ltr of milk, instant cofee, sugar, tea, bread and cheese.
Other facilities:
1. You may contact the owner 24 hrs, 7 days a week, if needed.
2. You will have a contact person in the area.
3. Housekeeping and laundry service at your request (your own cost)

Villa "SHIRLEY LOUISE" is een comfortabel huis op een kleine spaanse urbanisatie van 12 villas, gelegen op 3 km buiten het sfeevolle doch moderne dorp Puente Genil. Hier vindt u alles wat u zich maar wenst. Vele sfeervolle terrasjes waar u bij elk drankje van ong. 1 euro steevast een tapa gratis geserveerd krijgt, authentiek spaanse restaurants ( met een dagmenu van 7,50 euro incl. drankje) maar ook enige grote supermarkten voor u dagelijkse boodschappen en het station van de Spaanse HSL Madrid-Malaga.
Het is de ideale plek om de steden Malaga(90 km) Cordoba (70 km) Sevilla (110 km) Antiquera (40 km) en Granada (120 km) te bezoeken.In de directe omgeving is het volop genieten. Het Laguna Tiscal (2km) en het strand van Iznajar (60 km) bieden u een plek om lekker te ontspannen.
Het huis ligt op een grond van 3.000m2 geschakeld tegen het huis van de eigenaar maar u verblijft in u eigen riante villa. Aan de voorzijde van het huis bevindt zich u eigen prive (schaduw) terras van 10x 2.50 mtr. en een voortuin met mooie palmbomen. Het huis heeft alle faciliteiten inclusief airco en verwarming in al de kamers. Extra is dat al de ramen voorzien zijn van horren en de eigen water opslag van 2.000 liter, zodat u altijd van water bent verzekerd!!!!
In de achtertuin bevindt zich een groot zonneterras van 10x 5 mtr. geheel met zonwering en het zwembad (8x4 mtr.) Maar er is ook een gezellig algemeen zwembad (20x10 mtr.) waar de spaanse buren elkaar ontmoeten.
Bij aankomst vindt u op de bar een "Typisch Andalusis welkom pakket" met daar in 1 fles Tinto de Verano, 1 fles lokale olijfolie, lokale snacks, een map van de omgeving met informatie over de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden en belangrijke adressen en telefoonnummers (politie, ambulance, ziekenhuis etc).
Ook ontvangt u een gratis basis "boodschappen mandje" met: 2 liter mineraal water,1 liter melk, instant koffie, instant melk, suiker, thee, brood en kaas.
