This well maintained, fully equipped ground floor apartment is set in a quiet private complex with beautiful gardens and a swimming pool. There is also a barbeque area and a private bar, which is run by the local residents during the summer months.
The apartment is 3km from Cambrils Port and beach and 5km from the busy town of Salou. Port Aventura is only 15 minutes away and the historic town of Barcelona is approximately 1 hours drive away.
There are three golf clubs, a tennis court and a basketball court in the area and a number of bars/restaurants within easy walking distance.
The apartment sleeps 4 people in two double bedrooms and has two full bathrooms both with showers. The sofa bed in the living room can sleep a further 2 people if needed. There is a large living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a small patio area with garden furniture.
