The apartment is on the 5th floor in block 2 is situated on the peninsula, referred to as La Manga strip, 17 kms down the 22 km stretch of land, with both the Mar Menor and Mediterranean sea on either side, giving you a total of 44 kms of sandy coast line. The apartment is 2 mins walk from the lagoon and 3 mins walk from the Med. With a small park and childrens play area.
Fully furnished, incuding oven, hob, ironing board and iron, washing machine, English satalite t.v /cd player.
