Casa Dorada, new to the holiday rental market this year is situated on an exclusive private development on the well known “Las Delicias”. Lying on the outskirts of Coin and within easy reach of neighbouring Alhaurin El Grande, this secluded property is an ideal location from which to enjoy your holiday. Set within a walled garden this detached villa comes with a large private pool, shower, outside barbecue, ample seating and terraces. As well as its beautifully maintained garden which offers peace and tranquility for a totally relaxing holiday this property has everything you need.
This is an ideal location from which to explore if you can bear to tear yourselves away from the villa and pool. Perhaps you fancy driving into nearby Coin or Alhaurin El Grande for an evening meal at one of the numerous establishments offering a wide selection of different cuisines. Golf courses are nearby for those of you who like to indulge in the sport. Maybe take a drive down to one of the famous beach resorts that the Costa del Sol has to offer which are easily accessible. For a quieter time why not explore the many whitewashed mountain villages such as Tolox or further afield to historical Ronda. The choices are endless. A car is essential for getting around and we can advise on various rental companies if you so wish. Whether you fly in for your holiday and pick up your rental car from the airport or drive yourselves to Spain, we will arrange to meet you at a given pick up point to guide you to your villa. There is nothing worse than getting yourselves lost after hours of travelling
The villa’s ground floor accommodation comprises of a spacious lounge with doors leading onto the outside covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden. The television is connected to Sky freeview for which we leave you with a card on your arrival. There is also a DVD player so maybe pack some of your favourite ones to bring out with you as well. A fully fitted kitchen including all appliances you need with ample settings for 8 persons. There is a separate dining room and a downstairs cloakroom complete with shower.
Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, the master comes with a king size bed, an ensuite bathroom and balcony. The other two doubles are a good size and all bedrooms have ample storage. If necessary we can provide two “Z” beds for extra guests if required for which a charge will be made. A family shower room completes the upstairs accommodation.
Outside the terrace which is accessed from the lounge and also the kitchen, is an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. On the lower level the 10 metre x 6 metre swimming pool with its Roman steps, sun loungers and covered seating area is ideal from which to savour your surroundings. There is the barbecue and additional gas ring for those more energetic moments if you decide to eat in.

Here you are in a perfect location from which to base your holiday from. As well as being within easy reach of both Coin and Alhaurin El Grande for shops, restaurants, markets and all basic amenities it is still only a relatively short drive down to Marbella, Fuengirola and the other resorts along the coast. Here you can enjoy all the delights and activities that they have to offer.
Before perhaps driving down to Fuengirola take time to stop off on route in Mijas Pueblo. With its breathtaking panoramic views this is a pretty little quaint village famous for its ceramics.
Gibraltar is about an hour and a half away and it is well worth taking a boat trip to see the dolphins or jump on the coach for a guided tour so you are sure to see most of the sites that you may not have managed to see under your own steam.
Change direction and travel inland. Drive through mountain side villages stopping off at the odd roadside "Venta" to enjoy the "Menu del Dia" traditional Spanish food. Take at least one day out to visit the lakes at "El Chorro" near Ardales. You wont regret it or be likely to forget the stunning scenery combined with the vivid turquoise blue colour of the water. If you like skiing then drive to the Sierra Nevada and have an exhilarating time on the slopes. This range of mountain can actually be seen from the villa. While in the vicinity explore Granada which is around two and a half hours away from Casa Dorada.
Closer to home there is horse riding available five minutes away ideal for ambling through the local countryside. If you like local wares then visit the market in Alhaurin on a Thursday or Coins which is held on a Saturday. There are other markets in various towns so for any more information on local events please ask.

Special notes
All prices are for a weeks stay. For any extra nights please calculate these at one sixth of the weekly rental figure. For bookings we will require a 25% deposit with the remaining balance payable 6 weeks before your arrival. If a booking is made within the 6 weeks the payment must be paid in full. A security deposit of 100 euros to cover possible breakages will be required on arrival and on handing over the keys. It will be returned to you once the villa has been checked over on your departure.
For bookings of more than 4 weeks please ask for rates.
This villa sleeps 6 comfortably but if necessary we have two "Z" single beds which can be made available to you. These will be provided to you for 50 euros per person per week.
A weekly clean and change of bedding during your stay will be carried out. If any further maid service is needed then it can be arranged to be done. Towels for the villa will be supplied but please bring your own beach towels.
We can provide a welcome pack of basic provisions which will be at the villa for your arrival. If this is required please state at time of booking, if at all possible.
Check-in is from 4pm on the day of arrival and we ask you to please vacate by 10 am on day of departure. |
