Description: |
Our Villa is fully furnished and offers 3 bedrooms, On the ground floor , one double and one twin bedroom . Plus a bathroom which includes a bath, shower, bidet, toilet and hand-basin,.On the 1st floor, one double bedroom with twin beds, also second shower room with handbasin and toilet. All towels and bed-linen are provided. There is a spacious lounge/diner which is fitted with a ceiling fan, and a natural log burning stove, for use during the cooler seasons. The lounge also has air conditioning Which is on a coin metre payment, ( this is only for the use of the air conditioning).Satellite TV with all UK channels including sport and films.
The kitchen comprises of: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob toaster, and washing machine ect.
We have a large private roof terrace (Solarium) with patio furniture. The garden in which the villa is set also has a patio area and a driveway for private car parking.
There is access to 2 large private pools for residents only, 1 being less than a minute walk. There is also a Spanish bowling area and children’s play area with swings, slides etc, within 1 minutes walk away.
Supermarkets, Shops, Go Carting, Bars and Restaurants are only 5 minutes walk away. You will find everything you need to make your long or short stay holiday, a pleasent, comfortable and memorable stay.

Playa Flamenca hosts a Spanish market (10 minutes walk away) every Saturday morning, where you can buy just about anything. Our nearest beach is only 10-15 minutes walk, which is Punta Prima beech, there are other beeches near by which include, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, and Cabo Roig.Playa Flamenca/Punta Prima is situated , approximately 1-1/2 hour drive South from Benidorm, Alicanti Airport is 40minutes from our villa, and Murcia airport, is only 20 minutes from our villa Torrevieja is 3 miles north from our Villa and is surrounded by two large natural saltwater lagoons, which form the well-known “Salterns of Torrevieja”. In a recent study Torrevieja was acclaimed with the title of being the healthiest place in the world to live. During the day Torrevieja offers a range of leisure and entertainment areas. As well as its beaches and numerous terraces along its maritime promenade, its great aquatic park (Aquópolis) is swarming with families, young people and children, in the summer months. and the evenings come alive with funfairs, hippy markets,and other festive activities.
