Delicious located on a quiet site in the urbanization Lloret blue but only 6 km from the bustling centre of Lloret with all its dicotheeks cozy bars restaurants and casinos and of course the wonderful beach.
Not possible to stay here without a car
The ground around the house is 800 m2
The terrace by the swimmingpool is 105 m2 pool is L7.50/W3.50/D 1.80 between trees and very private and with a view on Lloret
Around the house there are more terrace all with a vieuw on the see and Lloret.
There is a stone BBQ
The house is like home al your need is available to make a wonderful relaxing holiday.

The house is also well suited for 2 families.
Max. 8 persons + baby there is a cot a childrens high chair and baby bad.

The house wil not by rent out to a youth group under 25 years old.

The house is only rented from Saturday to Saturday during june july and august.

More about Yvonne Lenten

Hi I'm Yvonne 1958 and together with my husband Henk 1955 we have bought this House in March 2008 After the necessary renovations and the construction of the beautiful spacious pool we rent the House from July 2008. Henk has been working for over 40 years in the loss recovery and I myself am already 37 years working in care. We have a daughter and a son and daughter-in-law son-in-law and grandson that we regularly go to Spain.
