Description: |
The villa is situated in its own grounds of over one acre, which are mainly landscaped. There is a large private car parking area, and the whole plot is fenced and gated. The pool deck is large, surrounding the 12m X 5m X 1.5M maximum depth pool, with childrens fixed slide and waterfall into pool. The pool can be heated during cooler weather at an additional cost. There is an array of lighting around the villa and terracing creating a lovely ambience in the evenings.
The BBQ kitchen (Fully equipped with all kitchen accessories) and outdoor lounge are surrounding the pool area, and we have provided plenty of dining tables, sun loungers, umbrellas and coffee tables in this area for your comfort. The outdoor lounge/games room has a pool table, cane suite, loungers and table and chairs where you can relax with a drink when you have had enough sun, yet you are still able to enjoy the fabulous views and keep an eye on the children in the pool!!

The local town of Periana is 5 minutes drive from the villa, this traditional white pueblo has lots of local bars, restaurants, shops, and banks. Puente Don Manuel is 10 mins drive which also has a number of bars, restaurants and shops. There is a very large supermarket 20 mins from villa, at Velez Malaga.

Special notes
Prices for the property are per week in UK pounds. Deposit of 20% required on booking (non - refundable). £300 security deposit required in cash on arrival in case of damages/Returned upon final inspection if no damage incurred. Balance payable in the sixth week prior to start of vacation. Holidays booked within six weeks will require full payment at booking.
We have a flexible changeover day, previous bookings permitting.
