The apartment is situated in Recidencial Balcon al Mar only 5 minutes on walking distance of the dunes and the nice sandy beaches og guardamar. The bungalow has a private pool with your own terracces and you have your own entrance to the apartment. Your party is 6 persons, no problem, we have an extra bedroom with a bathroom with his own entrance and have a big solarium with a breathtaking view on the salt lake.
On 20 minutes walking distance you are by the nice boulevard of La Mata with their nice restaurants and the typical Spanish tapas bars. Also on 5 minutes walking distance you can hire a kajak or a bycicle, karaoke bar

Ons appartement met een eigen opgang bij ons huis is gelegen in de zeer populaire Recidencial Balcon al Mar in Guardamar op slechts 5 minuten lopen door prachtige duinen naar het brede zandstrand van Guardamar. Het appartement heeft 2 ruime slaapkamers en is volledig gemeubileerd. Nederlandse TV een DVD speler en een internetaansluiting aanwezig. Ook aanwezig alle bad en bedlinnen. Het huis heeft een privezwembad waar u prive volledig gebruik van kan maken. Ons huis bevindt zich tussen Guardamar en La Mata met hun mooie boulevards met restaurants en de vele tapas barretjes. Op 5 minuten lopen is er de mogelijkheid om een kajak of een fiets te huren, voor de kinderen is er een speelhal en een springkussen Bij aankomst is uw ijskast gevuld met drankjes en versnaperingen. komt u met meer als vier personen?. Geen probleem wij hebben een ruime slaapkamer met badkamer extra voor 2 of 3 personen met een groot dakterras met uitzicht over een prachtig zoutmeer.
