Brand new flat (103m² living area) with stunning views of San Juan beach and along the Sierra Aitana to Benidorm. Situated across the road from the Costa Blanca tram stop and within easy walking distance of the local restaurants and shops, it is perfect for a family with or without a car.

20 minutes from the airport, this flat is fully furnished. It has three bedrooms, each with ceiling fans, one master bedroom with en suite and two double bedrooms with another toilet/shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with two large fridges and there is a large living/dining room (2 ceiling fans) with French windows onto a long balcony for al fresco drinking and dining. There is air conditioning throughout and central heating.

San Juan beach, 7 km long, is just the other side of the tram station and is close to the Pares Centre (open in summer) for all sorts of supervised water activities or for just hiring boards etc. The beach is also perfect for doing very little, other that lazing in the sun or shade and occasionally cooling off in the Med. Alicante Golf, a beautiful golf course designed by (the late, great)Seve Ballesteros, with water features and Roman ruins is also a short walk away.

Alicante town is centre is only ten minutes away by tram and for the more adventurous there are many interesting places to visit inland within half an hour’s drive such as Elche, Guadalest and Orihuela, or even Benidorm, where there is something for everyone whether it is shopping, theme parks or just strolling through the old quarter.
