Description: |
This Spanish style apartment is designed to make an ideal base for the family and golf lovers. The "Blue Flag" beach at La Zenia is just 7 mins drive, the water park at Torrevieja takes only 20 mins drive. For the golfer, we offer an ideal base from which to play three superb courses: Las Ramblas with its famous water hazards and challenging landscape and Campoamor known for its long and wide fairways, well kept greens and beautiful clubhouse. 3 minutes drive will bring you to Villamartin course known as the millionaires playground due to the many expensive houses surrounding the course. A little further afield you find the new course of La Finca at Algorfa and 35 mins and you can be playing at La Manga.. Golf clubs and buggies are available for hire and proper dress code is required.
Shops, bars and restaurants are a short walk away as well as large supermarkets. The lovely Villamartin plaza with a wide variety of restaurants and bars and a very well-stocked supermarket is at walking distance. Within easy driving distance are the cities of Torrevieja, Alicante, Murcia and Cartagena.
Just a few minutes drive you’ll find the seaside resorts of Cabo Roig, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia & Campoamor were you can find shops, sports bars & restaurants all along the main seaside strip literally just 6mins away. Regular local markets & typical Spanish bazaars are held, like at Torrevieja, the nearest main town, which also boasts a fabulous new Marina and 5km Paseo Maritimo - Torrevieja is a typical working Spanish town. The area surrounding the town is internationally known for its two salt lakes and conservation areas with flamingos.
Available locally are tennis courts, go-karting, horse riding, sailing and scuba diving.
There is also the Water Park of "Aquopolis", open from June through September, in Torrevieja, 20 minutes drive away.
The activities there include a wave machine, water slides and river rapids. Just north of Alicante, a 45 minute drive away, is the Theme Park of "Terra Mitica" (The Land of Myths).
There is a choice of two airports, the nearest, Murcia (MJV), which is a 25min drive with Alicante Airport (ALC) being approximately on a 45min drive.

Special notes
Payment & Booking Terms
1.Price does not include cleaning of the apartment (this is € 65 and is to be paid directly to the cleaner at end of holiday)
2. Prices are based on one week stays, for alternative durations please contact the owner, long lets may be considered.
2. Reservations are subject to a € 75 deposit. Remaining amount payable is due 6 weeks before departure. Payment is accepted by bank transfer. If duration of the stay overlaps price letting dates, payment will calculated pro rata.
3. Where bookings are made within 6 weeks of departure, total amount due must be paid immediately.
4. If the client wishes to cancel within 6 weeks of departure their deposit will be lost.
5. A security deposit of € 80 is payable on arrival. This will be returned to the client once the owner is satisfied no damage has occurred and the keys have been returned.
6. All information and descriptions offered on this page are true to the owners knowledge.
7. Arrival and Departure days and times are flexible - depending on bookings already confirmed.
