The accommodation comprises master double bedroom with en suite shower/bath and wc; twin bedroom; separate shower room with wc; additional 3rd upper double bedroom; lounge / kitchen; lower balcony; upper private roof terrace.
There is both a large swimming pool and a smaller childrens pool. A play area for small children is provided next to the pool and there are both an enclosed private tennis court and also a separate enclosed area for ball games such as basketball - all free!
The apartment is well equipped with a modern fully fitted kitchen with all appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob and microwave.
Tv with DVD player and selected dvds.
A barbecue is provided on the roof terrace ogether with 2 sun loungers.
The apartment is 3rd floor and is served by 2 lifts. The balcony areas are securely fenced and safe for children.
Nearby there are several bars and restaurants within a 2 minute walk and also a supermarket. About 10 minutes walk there are an abunance of restaurants.
The nearest beach at playa Flamenca itself is about a 20 minute walk and ideally a short inexpensive taxi fare back at the end of the day. Nearby within 3/4 miles are other superb beaches at Cabo Roig and La Zenia.
For golfers the course at Villamartin is just a mile away.
