This residence in Torrox Costa is characterized by the way that every single thing inside and outside the house is chosen.
Everything says comfort and luxury! The best and most beautiful materials are used by building this house as well as the furniture is chosen very carefully.
Everything is very well kept, and maintained. This rule applies to the house, the furniture, the gardens and the large pool.
The terrace faces the southwest with an incredible and stunning view to the Mediterranean. Since the house is situated in the outskirts of the town you will find it quite peaceful, but at the same time there is only a short distance to all that you might need.
When arriving you will be welcomed by a beautiful planting outside the house. As the door is opened you’ll be met by a light and friendly atmosphere. You directly walk into the living room / kitchen with modern white goods, comfortable furniture, 42” flatscreen TV containing the Spanish channels, Danish TV channels, SKY and so on. Large doors to the terrace to get to the magnificent view.
In both of the two bedrooms there are luxury mattresses in the doublebeds. Each of the bedrooms also have their own private bathroom with luxury massage / steam showers.
Of course there is separate aircondition in livingroom and bedrooms. If the stay is in the cool part of the year, heating is “floorheating”.
By the way! Torrox has the best climate in Europa. An international committee has given this fine distinction to Torrox this year. That’s something!
