The apartment is located between Gibraltar and Marbella and is set in tropical landscaped gardens with 2 private pools (1 children’s pool), putting green and paddle tennis court + indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and gymnasium. It is conveniently located near to the main coastal routes and only 1 hour from Malaga airport.
The apartment is furnished to a very high standard using modern contemporary styles. There is secure underground parking, with lift access to the apartment. A wealth of outstanding golf courses is within minutes in all directions plus of course Dona Julia Golf Course on the doorstep.
The location of the apartment is lovely and provides an excellent base for exploring the nearby cities of Seville, Ronda, Cordoba and Granada. As the flat is on a less developed section of the Cosa Del Sol, it is more private, peaceful and relaxing.
The apartment has marble floors and a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. It has a living/dining room which has been furnished to a high standard, leather suite, dining table for 6 which has patio doors leading out on to the terrace plus a fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons.
Double bedroom includes fitted wardrobes, patio door leading onto terrace and twin bedroom with fitted furniture plus two bathrooms; one ensuite with Jacuzzi bath and other with a shower room.
The Costa del Sol often referred to as Costa del Golf offers a paradise for golfers because of the abundance of golf courses. The nearest being Duquesa Golf & Country Club which is only a two minute drive away.
The port of Duquesa is only five minutes drive away with its many shops, bars and restaurants. It is The Southern Coast’s best kept secret. and offers an oasis of peace in an area that has retained a distinctive Andalucían charm and character.
Further along the coast is Estepona, which is located at the foot of the Sierra Bermeja. Its coastline is more than 20 km long with numerous sandy beaches and tiny coves. Estepona has a charming port and harbour which hosts a market every Sunday with lots of bargains to be found.
There are many fine attractions in this beautiful part of Andalucía, Sabinillas is the nearest town which is only five minutes away by car where there are plenty of shops, supermarkets, banks and restaurants.
There are lots of local attractions for the children, to mention just a few:
Selwo Estepona is fantastic, well worth a visit. It’s a 10 minute drive. In all, Selwo provides a unique and fantastic experience for the whole family. It is not a zoo as the animals are genuinely in almost natural habitat with sympathetic borders between them and the public.
A holiday in Marbella is not complete until you’ve visited at least one of its famous water parks. Aqualand (Torremolinos) Water Park Aqualand Torremolinos is the largest water park on the Costa del Sol, conveniently located just 10 minutes from the town centre & is a great day out for all the family!
Parque Acuatico Mijas Water Park (Mijas Costa) The Parque Acuatico Mijas is a popular Costa del Sol water park conveniently located in the Mijas Costa area and just outside the town of Fuengirola.
Aqua Velis Water Park (Torre del Mar) The Aqua Velis Water Park is one of the largest in the region. It is located on the Eastern side of the Costa del Sol on the road to Velis (from Malaga).
Malaga Airport is about an hour from the complex & Gibraltar Airport is approximately 30 minutes.
