Special notes
RESERVATION
The reservation is confirmed when the owner receive an account of 25% in advance of the total price of the stay.
OUTSTANDING AMOUNT
The customer will settle the outstanding amount two month before the beginning of the stay. The stay will be cancelled if the customer do not settle the outstanding at the maturity date. Then the hiring will be available for a new customer and no refund will be returned.
LATE REGISTRATION
Under 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the total amount will be settle.
ARRIVAL
The Customer should be present on the accorded date and hour of arrival. in case of late arrival, the Customer will informed the owner.
INTERRUPTION OF THE STAY
In case of interruption from the customer, no refund will be returned to him
CAPACITY
The hiring cannot exceed the maximum persons indicated. In case the number of holiday-maker is over, the owner will refuse the additional customers.
ANIMALS
Animals are forbidden, then the customer cannot stay with their pets.
INVENTORY OF FIXTURES
An inventory will be signed from both owner and customer at arrival and departure, the inventory will be the only reference in case under dispute. The customer will take care of the hiring, the customer is in charge of the cleaning during his stay and before his departure.
DEPOSIT
At arrival a deposit is required by the owner. At departure this deposit will be refund after checking the well-conditioned of place or in case of damage the owner will deduce the corresponding cost. In case of anticipate departure averting the well conditioned of the hiring, the deposit will be returned to the customer under a week.
PAYMENT COSTS
At the end of the stay, the customer will settle the expenses not included in the price and indicated in the hiring description |
