Description: |
The house has 120 sqm and is totaly equipped. incl. a fridge and a freezer, microwave, satelit tv, internet with wirless lan , telephone, safe, hair blower, flat iron with ironing-board, bedclothes, hand and shower towels as well beach towels.
A washing machine and a dishwasher are as well available.
The living room is hudge glazed.
You will also find a small and a larger bedroom with double bed´s with great, hard and new mattrasses.
The 780 sqm plot has a great garden that gives you the possibility to find sunny as well shadily places durning the day. Self – evident for your well-being you will find sunlounger.
Our pool is about 3,5 meter width x 5,75 long and about 135cm low. The pool should be only used by swimmer!!
After a stay of 7 days, every week Steffi and Uwe will clean up the house, pool and work in the garden. This will take about 3-4 hours. They will expurgate the bedclothes and the towels. That service is inclusive in the rental and it is not possible to unsubscribe it.
Pets on request.
If you are smokers you are also welcome, but please do not smoke in the house if it is possible and it is obsolute forbidden to smoke in the bedrooms, becuase we are non-smoker.
Energiecosts are normally included.
Aircondition, heating and telefon are posible by an extra charge.
A telephone can be ordered by request. A phonecall to germany or england costs 10 cent a minute.
By request we can buy food for you, if you check-in late. This package will cost you 25 Euro inclusive delivery.

Das Haus ist ca. 120 qm groß und ist komplett ausgestattet, inkl. Kühl- u. Gefrierkombination, Mikrowelle, SAT-TV, Internetzugang über W-Lan, Tresor, Fön, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, Bettwäsche, Hand- und Duschtücher sowie Strandlaken. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Geschirrspüler sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Das Haus verfügt über einen großen verglasten Wohnbereich.
Ein kleines und ein großes Schlafzimmer sind mit Doppelbetten mit guten, festen und neuen Matratzen ausgestattet.
Der große Garten ( Grunstück 780 qm ) bietet zu jeder Tageszeit sowohl sonnige als auch schattige Plätze. Selbstverständlich sind Liegen vorhanden.
Der Pool ist ca. 3,5 x 5,75 Meter und ca. 135 cm tief. Er darf nur von Schwimmern benutzt werden !!
Bei Aufenthalt von 14 Tagen kommen nach einer Woche Steffi und Uwe. Sie halten sich ca. 3-4 Stunden inkl. Poolpflege auf dem Grundstück auf.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden an diesem Tag gewechselt, das Bad gemacht sowie das Haus gewischt. Dieser Service ist im Preis enthalten und kann nicht abbestellt werden.
Haustiere auf Anfrage.
Da wir Nichtraucher sind, werden Raucher nur mit der Bitte geduldet, möglichst draußen und auf keinen Fall in den Schlafzimmern zu rauchen.
Stromkosten sind enthalten.

Auf Wunsch können bei einer späten Anreise für Sie Lebensmittel eingekauft werden. Paketpreis inkl. Anlieferung 25,-- Euro.

La casa tiene aprox. 120 m2 y está totalmente equipada incluso frigorífico y congelador, microonda, SAT-TV, Internet sobre W-Lan, caja de causales, secapelos, plancha y tabla de planchar, ropa de cama, toallas, panos de bano y de la playa, lavadora y lavaplatos.
La casa tiene una amplia aérea habitable vitrificada.
Los dos dormitorios (un dormitorio mayor y otro pequeno) tienen camas de matrimonio con nuevos colchones fuertes.
El gran jardín (terreno de 780 m2) ofrece sitios de sol y sombra todo el día.
Naturalmente hay tumbonas.
La picina es de 3.5 x 5.75 m y tiene una profundidad de 135 cm. Solamente para el uso de nadadores!!
Durante una estancia de 14 días Steffi y Uwe vienen después de 1 semana por 3-4 horas para limpiar la picina, cambiar la ropa de cama, limpiar el cuarto de bano y el suelo de la casa. Este servicio está incluido en el precio y es obligatorio.
Animales sobre pedido.
Como nosotros no fumamos, solamente podemos tolerar que fumen - si es posible - fuera de la
casa y de no manera dentro de los dormitorios.
Los gastos de corriente están incluidos.
Aire acondicionado y telefono bajos gastos.
En caso de una llegada tarde, se puede pedir la compra de comestibles. Precio del paquete incl. entrega 25.-- Euro.

The airport of Jerez is about 35 minutes by car.

Cleaning to the end 40,- euro
Deposit by booking is 20 % of the rentalprice payable within 14 days, additionally a security of 250,- Euro. It will be cleared with possibly costs of telephone calls, using aircondition or heating- charging by energy consumption- and damage causes within one week by moneytransfer.
After a stay of 7 days every 7 days there will be a intermediate cleaning of floor, bathroom as well as a laundry change. This is included in the rentalprice.
Hand-over of keys at place between 9 am and 9 pm. During other times 20 euro addition.

En caso de anulación sin sustitución ningún reembolso del pago anticipado.
A partir de 14 días de estancia:
cada 7 días limpieza intermedia del suelo, del bano, así como cambio de la ropa. Estos gastos están incluidos en el precio.
Entrega de las llaves al lugar de destino entre las 09:00 y 21:00 horas. En caso de otra hora se paga un aumento
de 20.-- Euro.
