The apartment is located on the Estaño Beach only 5 km. from Gijon in scenic place thus it is indispensable to have a car.

The apartment is perfect for those who want to enjoy the stillness and the beautiful landscape and at the same time have all the advantaged of a big city with 350.000 inhabitants at only 5 km. There are lots of possibilities of walking in the beautiful surroundings and a new path has been made the whole way into the centre of Gijón.

Next to the apartment in the same group of buildings there is a restaurant with a coin-operated telephone available.

As the apartment is located in a place a little outside the city and at the beach mobile phone coverage is not yet available. However, for those who are staying for a longer period it would be able to install a telephone. Please ask for the different possibilities.
