A RESTFUL HOLIDAY IN A PEACEFUL LOCATION
Newly built in 2007 this apartments has accommodation which is for 4 persons only, It offers space and comfort and a Base from which to tour all the sights from Denia to Valencia
Both Les Devises and El Botican are a pleasant suburb of Denia which is just a 10 minutes drive along the coast road,The coastal village of les Devises is typically spanish, with local Restuarants and fishermens bars, together with a glorious beach. This is all a 10 minute walk from the apartment. In the oposite direction, and only a 10 miniute drive away is El Vergel safari park, which is well worth a visit.
The Apartment has easy access to the motorway, for either Alicante or Valencia airports
A car is recommended although local buses are very frequent
The residencia is in a gated community, and very very secure being motor free
The garden area has two pools, 1 of which is a childrens splash pool.There is also a Tennis court for use of the residents, provide your own rackets I am afraid

All rooms in the apartment, apart from the kitchen and bathrooms have full air conditioning and Heating
My apartments has 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin both with fitted wardrobes and can sleep 4 people in comfort .There is a family bathroom, with a shower over the bath,and a wash basin and toilet, There is also a separate Shower room, which also has a washbasin and toilet fitted.
The lounge is larger than normal, and is fully fitted with a three seater and two seater sofa`s, TV, and dining table and 4 chairs
The kitchens are fully fitted with the usual pots and pans, Dishwasher microwave,Toaster
Outside utility room with fitted Washing machine and sink
Car parking is to the front of the is free
The apartment is on the first floor and is accessed by stairs or a lift
