New villa located in private condominium. All furniture and kitchen appliances are new. The villa is 120 m2 and the terrace- garden, 70. All the rooms and garden have fantastic views over La Herradura Bay. It takes under 3 minutes to drive down to the beach and village, where you can find a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops in a cosy familiar atmosphere. The condominium, called Atarazanas, designed by a very well- known Spanish architect, appears like a typical Andalusian village and is absolutely gorgeous. There are beautiful tropical gardens everywhere, a pool area with a large swimming pool, a children pool and free sunshades, toilet etc. The condominium is completely private and protected by electric gates and security guard at night. There are 2 free accessible paddle courts and a basket court.

The villa

1st floor:
2 double bedrooms and a triple bedroom. 2 fully equipped bathrooms. The master bedroom has a bathroom in suite. Wonderful views from all the bedrooms.

Ground floor:
Toilet. Spacious, cosy all-in -one lounge & kitchen level, beautifully decorated. Includes: sofa/TV section with CD- player, DVD- player and plasma TV with international channels. Kitchen and dinning- room, only separated by a kitchen island. Fully- equipped kitchen including electric oven, microwave, fridge & freezer, and many other small kitchen appliances. Washing/ drying machine in a little, separate room. Iron & ironing- table.

Large terrace in connection with the lounge & kitchen floor. The terrace is covert for sun protection with tropical roofing. A big parasol is provided, as well as wooden exterior furniture (table, chairs and comfortable sun- beds). The terrace and the garden are an all- in- one large surface, without steps or other obstacles. There are grass, tropical plants and palms, a super cosy garden & terrace facing directly the sea, where you can enjoy the nice weather throughout the whole year!

Outside the house there is a private parking- spot.
