Villa Miranda is built on a mountainside overlooking orange groves, mountains and the sea. Enjoy the pool, then watch the sun go down as the twinkling lights of Pego signal the end of another relaxing day. Cook a barbeque on the rear terrace or contemplate eating out at one of the many restaurants in the area. Theres lots to do if you can tear yourselves away from the villa and the surrounding countryside is truly spectacular.
The villa was built in 2004 and has marble floors and vaulted ceilings in the local finca style. The furnishings and gardens are of a higher quality than many rental properties.
Bedrooms 1 (with ensuite bath/shower room) & 2 are air conditioned (cold and warm). There is a separate shower room next to bedroom 2, split level lounge/dining area and open plan kitchen with granite worktops. There is satellite TV with Sky Sports, Internet WiFi and a quality DVD/CD stereo system. Outside is a courtyard, utility room with washing machine etc. and another toilet. The 8m x 4m pool is a real feature, as are the beautiful landscaped gardens and terraces. In all, Villa Miranda sits on a 1,000 sqm plot. Stunning views are to be had from most rooms and outside areas. Two more bedrooms with shared ensuite are available on the lower floor if required. They are accessed by an exterior staircase.
Please note that, as Villa Miranda, is on a mountainside, small children must be supervised at all times and it is not suitable for those with walking difficulties.

Pristine, unspoilt beaches, stunning scenery, hidden valleys, hilltop villages, ancient castles all within a short drive of Villa Miranda. Also, bustling towns, tennis & golf, a fascinating safari park, go-karting and horse riding. Benidorm with its Theme & Water Parks is a 40 min drive. Still relatively uncrowded even in the summer months and still very Spanish - bring your phrase book!

Hi, my wife and I would like to welcome you to our villa in this beautiful area of Spain. We deisgned it from new and are sure you will enjoy the accommodation and landscaped gardens. It's our second home and we go whenever we can, subject to availability! We are based in the UK, where we have a sucessful business, but have managers living close to Villa Miranda who are there to handle any queries you may have.
