This great and modern penthouse featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is decorated and equipped to a high standard with the added attraction of a sun terrace on the roof stretching front and back of the property with great views over the resort and the Murcia mountains..
We offer you a high quality and luxury 210 sqm penthouse at a beautifull resort with great modern architecture. The third floor penthouse has a private entry and an elevator. There is a large living room with a 6 person dining table, sofa and chairs The kitchen is well equipped with everything required for home cooking if desired. From the kitchen you enter a "lavado" with, washing machine, clothes line, and the central vacuum cleaner system.
At the same floor there are:
- A master bedroom with large (1,60-2,00 m) bed, built-in wardrobe, chairs, table and mirror and commode. from the master bedroom you access the bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and sink.
- A bedroom with double bed (1,60-2,00 m or if you like 2 times 0,80-2,00 m). built-in wardrobe, commode.
- A Bedroom with sofa bed (1,40-2,00 m) build-in wardrobe and chair and desk.
- Second bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
Morning breakfasts can be spent outside on the large balcony or at the sun terrace. On the balcony you find a table and six chairs.
From the balcony you can enter the private sun terrace which has the same size as the penthouse. At the sun terrace you will find shadow from both the wall and the sun roof. The terrace is equiped with six chairs and three sun beds.

The Mar Menor coast is a 15 minute drive away offering you a great variety of beaches, shops and restaurants. E.G. Los Alcazaras , San Javier, Santiago de la Ribera all have very attractive beach fronts with their promenades. (By the way in the penthouse you will find all kind of tourist information!)
Calblanque is a national park 20 minutes drive away, with its unspoilt secluded beachs and coastal walks. The beaches are absolutely superb here.
Cabo de Palos is 25 minutes drive, a sleepy fishing village by day and one of Europe’s best known diving areas then as the evening falls becomes a mecca for the young with its bustling bars, clubs, and fish restaurants.
Recommended for eating lunch or evening meals overlooking the harbour.
La Manga golf and leisure resort is 25 minute drive offering 3 championship courses and a number of sporting activities together with its bars, shops and restaurants. In fact it offers most activities! This is only one of the 17 golf cources which are within 30 minutes reach.
25 minutes to Cartegena, a bustling city with its attractive sea front, roman ruins, and museums. Its a great day out, especially when you start to explore the narrow ancient walkways.
Murcia is also just 25 minutes away with its attractive centre. Well worth a visit.
